Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Remove the box and wrapper around the Le Rustique Camembert, place it in an ovenproof ramekin and cut across the cheese in a criss-cross pattern.
Garnish with garlic and rosemary.
Put the Camembert into the oven on a baking tray for 15-20 mins.
Dip in a piece of baguette and enjoy!
