- Thoroughly wash the vegetables. Cut the tomatoes in eight pieces. Chop the cucumber into bite-sized pieces: in halves lengthways then cut approximately 5mm apart. Remove the core of the pepper and cut it into rings. Peel the onion, half it and slice it.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add the olives. Drizzle the salad with 2 tbsp of olive oil, season with salt and pepper and mix again.
- Place the whole ISLOS feta on the salad and pour the remaining tbsp of olive oil. Garnish with dried oregano.
