  1. Thoroughly wash the cucumber and tomatoes. Dice the cucumber and the tomatoes. Cut the onion into fine strips. Half the olives. Thoroughly wash the beans and add them to a bowl with the vegetables.
  2. For the dressing, finely chop the garlic and the herbs. Mix with the oil and the vinegar and pour over the salad. Crumble the feta and add it in. Mix carefully.

TIP: The salad is perfect as a side dish to barbecues or grilled meat!

250g of white kidney beans
1 cucumber
250g cherry tomatoes
50g green olives
1 red onion
4 tbsp of olive oil
3 tbsp of white balsamic vinegar
1 garlic clove
Parsley
Handful of mint
Handful of oregano
