- Thoroughly wash the tomatoes. Cut 2 of them in half and chop them finely. Slice the other. Finely cut the garlic and finely slice the pepper.
- Mix the tomatoes with 2 tbsp of olive oil, the garlic, olives and half of the marjoram and place in an ovenproof dish. Place the feta on top and add 2 tomato slices on top of it. Sprinkle the rest of the marjoram on top and pour the other 2 tbsp of olive oil over it.
- Bake for 15 to 20 mins in the oven at 170°C.
