Method
  1. Preheat the oven to 200C.

  2. Beat eggs with a fork. Then stir in milk and oil.

  3. In another bowl, mix flour, salt and baking soda together.

  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients together with a spoon to make a smooth dough.

  5. Add the chopped cranberries and walnuts in the dough.

  6. Distribute the dough into 24 small muffin cups.

  7. Make a hole in the middle of each muffin and add a small square of Saint Agur®.

  8. Bake in the oven at 200 °C for 15-20 minutes. To be served warm.
