Method
  1. Wash all the vegetables. Grate the carrots and celery. Chop the red cabbage.

  2. Spread a little carrot, celery, red cabbage and corn in each tortilla.

  3. Make a side dipping sauce by mixing the Chavroux goat’s cheese Pyramid, yogurt and lemon juice.

  4. Add a spoonful over each tortilla and it’s ready to dig in!

8 small tortillas

1 (140g) can corn

4 carrots

1/2 (200g) celery

1/2 red cabbage

1 (125g) plain yogurt

1 half lemon
