Method
  1. Thoroughly wash the vegetables. Cut the tomatoes in eight pieces. Chop the cucumber into bite-sized pieces: in halves lengthways then cut approximately 5mm apart. Remove the core of the pepper and cut it into rings. Peel the onion, half it and slice it.

  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add the olives. Drizzle the salad with 2 tbsp of olive oil, season with salt and pepper and mix again.

  3. Place the whole ISLOS feta on the salad and pour the remaining tbsp of olive oil. Garnish with dried oregano.

2 packs of ISLOS feta

500g of tomatoes

1 cucumber

1 green pepper

½ red onion

100g of Kalamata olives

3 tbsp of olive oil
