Method
  1. Cut the courgette into 5mm slices. Grill the slices in a pan with olive oil.

  2. Assemble the mille-feuille by alternating slices of courgette with slices of Saint Agur Blue Cheese, small pieces of sun-dried tomatoes, basil leaves, chives, and herbs. Sprinkle with toasted seeds and you’re done!

4 Courgettes

20g Roasted Seeds

100g Sun-Dried Tomatoes

50g Rocket

1 tbps Olive Oil

Strands of Chives and Basil
