Method
  1. Toast the bread slices under the oven grill or in a toaster, then spread them with Saint Agur Blue Crème.

  2. Cut the figs into quarters and place them on the slices of bread. Drizzle with agave syrup and sprinkle with pine nuts, sliced almonds, and crushed hazelnuts.

  3. Add a few rocket and basil leaves and serve!

4 Slice of Country Bread with Figs

6 purple Figs

20g sliced Almonds

20g crushed Hazelnuts

20g Pine Nuts

2 tbps Agave Syrup

2-3 Basil Leaves
