Method
  1. Cook the bacon and red onion in a shallow frying pan over a low heat for 2-3 minutes.

  2. Gently mix the potatoes, bacon, onion and peas together.

  3. Place in a baking dish and add the stock. Cook uncovered at 190ºC/375ºF/Gas mark 5 for 20-30 minutes.

  4. Scatter the cheese on top and cook for a further 10-15 minutes until browned and crispy.

150g streaky bacon, chopped into small pieces

1 red onion, finely chopped

500g baby new potatoes, scrubbed and cut into thick slices

50g petit pois

150g SAINT AGUR®, crumbled

100ml vegetable stock
